The Snopro Story
MISSION
Guided by our core values, Snopro is managed to create an empowered team with continual evolution to realise the mission statement: 'To maximize your holiday time by providing the world's most convenient ski hire solution. Starting from booking until pick up, all the while providing an 'Awesome' level of personalized care.'
CONCEPT
Snopro came about due to the belief that a full service, customer centered ski hire solution was needed in New Zealand. Ski hire delivery was becoming more and more the norm in North American ski resorts as the idea and convenience caught on. Until Snopro commenced in 2011, this option was previously missing in the Southern Hemisphere. The concept was quickly proven, and demand outside Queenstown saw the expansion to Wanaka NZ shortly after. Building on this success, we're excited to bring this same revolutionary convenience to Japan's premier ski destination - Niseko.
EXPERIENCE
With a passion for the mountains, loving to ski and ride and calling ski towns home, our founding husband and wife team, Kylie and Justin Worth spent more than a decade gathering valuable experience in North America, New Zealand, and Japanese ski resorts. As we expand to Japan, this expertise combined with local knowledge allows us to serve the unique needs of Niseko's international skiing community. Our staff and management team are coached and trained technically and in customer care. Their performance is never assumed, but measured daily by every customer we serve, ensuring only the highest levels of service across all our locations.
THE SECURITY
To enable you to purchase with confidence, the Snopro website ensures the highest levels of security. Your personal data is protected as every page uses the 'https' protocol. For payments we use of the fully PCI compliant Stripe credit card payment gateway solution. This removes the need for any Snopro staff to take or store any credit card details.
